Shipping policy

PERFORMING EXPRESS COURIERS SUCH AS DHL AND UPS WILL BE USED IN THE PRE-HOLIDAY PERIOD, IN ORDER TO ENSURE DELIVERY ON TIME)

Shipments are processed through SDA express courier for the national territory or with express postal service for Europe and the United States.

In both cases, the parcels are tracked and you will receive your tracking code by email.

I reserve the right to use better performing couriers (DHL, UPS) in the case of high value orders or in the pre-holiday periods.

Products ready for delivery are processed within 5-6 working days of payment. The timing of products to order vary according to the nature of the product itself but, as a rule, they fall within 4 weeks from the payment of the deposit.
